Good market here, Todd. :)

2.25" from the bolster? (If not shorter....)

I knew this would make for a specialized market.

I love a good slip joint. This one is spot on. I love how you addressed the TSA issue. Thanks for sharing it here and I do hope to see more of them!

Actually, it's your second one......I just picked up your recent maple swayback that fits the guidelines too:thumbup:

Well I stand corrected than.... :) Hope you are enjoying the new knife - Thanks!

This is my first custom order to the TSA guidelines...

I appreciate the replies folks - Thanks!

Beautiful little knife! I was thinking of slumming it with a Vic Classic when the rules change, but would love to carry this one on my next flight.

Could you explain a bit more about the blade etch? If really like to try that on my next folder.

I have the guidelines in mind when I saw it! But now that I have it I might chicken out before taking it I to the airport... I might cry if it got taken

The finish on this knife is bead blasted. You will need the right tools (equipment) to do it.
It makes a great finish I think.

Thanks again for the great comments everyone.

Well, not only is that great in that it meets the TSA guidelines, it is also a spectacular knife and my favorite slipjoint to date. The addition of the "high-tech" bead blasted blade to an otherwise traditional package makes it the first slip joint I want to own.
