I wasn't exactly sure what knife I wanted. I knew I wanted to buy my first GEC, but had some questions as to which one. I sent an email to Greg at TSA Knives and he responded within the hour. He responded to 3 emails the first day I contacted him and when I woke the next morning I had another waiting for me. He answered all questions very thoroughly. He suggested that the knife I was looking it might not be what I was looking for and suggested another. When I ordered based on his suggestion he shipped the order that same day and I received it 2 days later. He mistakenly sent me the wrong knife (the one I was looking at and the one he had suggested were very similar in that they had the same handle and the model number was 1 digit different). When I told him about the mix-up he shipped out the correct knife within the hour. He told me to hold onto the knife I received and when I got the other knife I could compare the two side by side and send back whichever I didn't want to keep in a prepaid envelope he had sent me. I found his customer service to be above and beyond every step of the way. He will be my knife dealer for the foreseeable future.
