Placed an order during black friday sale and got a mis-ship - ordered double clamps but shipped (and billed for) whole milled. Have left messages via e-mail and chat. Crickets. How do I get their attention?
I've interacted with them a few times, always started with the chat on their site. Given the timezone differences and what I assume is a very small team over there, it took them a few days to get back to me, but once initial response back to me was started, the communication was a lot more "normal".
my experience is similar to Grex. The are not quick to respond, but eventually will get back to you. They addressed the issue i had and answered my questions, but it took a while. I would order from them again.
