Wanted to share my experience in case it might be helpful for anybody thinking about getting a tsprof sharpener. I decided to get one and had to choose to wait the longer shipping times from Russia, or get it faster (slightly more expensive than manuf. direct) from S.T.A.T.E.S.
Can't say enough good about both. Love the sharpener and the dealer was very accommodating about providing extra info I wanted and responding quickly to emails. I also rec'd an email from the tsprof team after I reached out initially. I ended up going with the dealer, my main reason was if there was an issue, return shipping to swap out a part would be easier. However, the system arrived perfectly wrapped and in great condition. If anybody has any questions before they buy a tsprof, I will answer what I can. Otherwise, my experience is that George at S.T.A.T.E.S. and the tsprof team are both great at responding to questions!
