I just received my TSPROF system today and I wanted to share my experience about ordering from them directly as many of the older threads made me nervous about ordering. While I have no doubt they may have been experiencing issues and very slow delivery times, my experience was much better.
In summary, it took 16 days from the time I ordered their system online to the time everything arrived.
I have posted the details below in case anybody wanted further information about the process.
I did not order from StatesLLC or from Amazon because many items that I wanted were out of stock and I wanted to order everything at once given their history of changing things. This way I'll be set up for life with everything I could possibly need from this system (other than additional stones of course).

I ordered everything on 10/21/2019 and it arrived on 11/06/2019. Total time from Russia to Pittsburgh, PA: 16 days.

- 10/21/2019 - (Monday) - I placed my order online from TSPROF's website.
- The order contained the following:
- K03 Gunsmith Kit
- I like that this came with the height extender already installed.
- It also came with their double whole milled clamps (the non-anodized version. They are made out of regular plain old aluminum).
- The single hex key, a small C-clamp, and the main metal base along with their spare parts kit.
- 20 of the diamond stone covers - I want to use this on stones I purchase myself, and, since it's coming from Russia, I figured I'd get more than I'd ever need.
- Convex kit
- Lightweight Holder
- 3 sets of the reinforced springs for their single clamps - 2 sets will cover the extra single clamps that I purchased. The last set will be a spare.
- 4 sets of the reinforced springs for their double clamps - 3 sets will cover the extra double clamps that I purchased. The last set will be a spare.
- Single clamp
- Single filet clamp
- Double clamp
- Double filet clamp
- Double conical clamp
- Small universal table
- Stone leveling kit - Their version was cheaper than others I have seen online. Plus it came with a few different grits.
- Professional tool kit - I wanted to get the other remaining tools
- Set of their silicon carbide stones with the case

- 10/29/2019 - (Tuesday)
- I got an email from TSPROF with an invoice. Let's just say they helped me out with the invoice a little here. Which helped later on down this chain!

- 10/31/2019 - (Thursday) - My UPS package was held in Germany for custom's clearance. Someone from UPS emailed me directly and asked for the invoice. Luckily, TSPROF proactively had already sent it so I forwarded that to the individual at UPS who asked for it.
- 11/01/2019 - (Friday) - Package reached Louisville, KY
- 11/02/2019 - 11/04/2019 - (Saturday - Monday) - The package was held in customs. It was waiting for clearance.
- 11/05/2019 - (Tuesday) - The package was released from customs and it was on it's the way to the Pittsburgh distribution center!
- 11/06/2019 - (Wednesday) - Delivered - I received a ton of emails this morning. I was excited to see that it was out for delivery (I live in Pittsburgh, PA), however, that was quickly followed up that I needed to pay some fees.
- Luckily, I caught this in time and paid the fees ($62.12) directly on UPS's website.
- The instructions said to have the receipt printed from the driver. I did, and I taped it to my front door, but a few minutes later (about 20).
- I got another email saying that the status changed, so I naturally checked the tracking number. It was a normal "out for delivery" message
