This is a very cool knife, it is called the Tacops Falcon, it was designed by Chris Reeve and Bill Harsey. It was made by Fantoni in Italy for the company TSSI.
It has a 3.5 inch tanto blade, it has a more traditional tanto look, it is partially serrated. It uses a nested liner and aluminum handles, and features a glass breaker on the butt end. The blade is made of stone washed 13C26 Sandvic steel. It comes with two pocket clips so you can choose to carry it left side or right side but tip down only.
This knife actually even features a pivot bushing like sebenza's. It opens very smoothly, hydraulic like, it also looks like they put Reeves fluorinated grease from factory when they put this together. It locks up rock solid with no play at all, and the blade is perfectly centered. It also interestingly comes with two allen keys for take down or adjustments.
It is like new, i got it less than a week ago, i have carried it a little and used it very lightly. I touched up the plain edge portion of the blade on my sharpmaker. This knife has very good fit and finish, i'm just trying to get something else right now.
