Tsunami in Pacific. Are you ready?

ha, true that. Theres been two surges so far but neither had enough power to come up above the high water line. Some serious currents and water movement is visible from my porch. We have a great view from right at my house.

Keep your fingers crossed, who knows when the worst surge will be?
 
Felt a tremor at 4:23 PM here in Oklahoma.

Had close friends leave Hawaii to head home yesterday.

My Mom lives in Hilo and called an hour ago to say it looks like the islands escaped any real damage, in her area there were only 2 foot waves and still there were tourists trying to access the beaches with cameras just in case!! :eek:

And I just heard about a 6.9 'regular' type quake off the coast of Japan...

I'd say having emergency supplies on hand are always a good idea at this point~!!
