Tuco's knife?

Anybody know what knife Tuco from breaking bad had? Is it a production a custom? Any info at all would be wonderful..I can't seem to find any info.
 
Everything I find in a search says "bowie" yea, that helps eh?
 
Exactly lol..its either nothing to do at all with the knife or just says bowie. .not the most helpful lol
 
If you look at google images, there is one picture where Tuco is using the knife to smash up some "meth." You can see some writing but I can't make out what it says.

Tuco always got my attention during the early seasons, crazy sob. Another stellar part on that guys end is the table scene in training day, epic :eek:
