Does look like a Muela. German company Hen and Rooster has made one that looked just like this as well.

The stock photos on page one are of Muela Jabali series, Tuco's knife is a Muela Magnum 23, full guard with a stag handle, same knife used by the Bond dude in Seraphim Falls.
