I think the top one named Steve may be a Western 062.

You would be correct.

For the record, at least one of its previous owners was named "Steve" and engraved his (our) name on the bolster and shield.

When I bought it, I was not overly concerned about the engraving:
(1) "Steve" just happens to be my name, so having it on the bolster and shield is not a big deal.
(2) from what I have seen its siblings sell for, the engraving was sufficient for a minimum $75.⁰⁰ price cut.
