The original picture of the tweener prototypes, not the one that only showed 3, it had some really different stuff in there. Not a Machax Tweener, but some really intriguing stuff. Of course, those pictures are gone now. No idea where they went. Shame too, it would have made for an interesting bit of history.

No, that was taken at the first Gathering. The original picture had 7 or 8 different models in it I believe. I saw it about twice when I first joined, then I think Bladite hid it. I perused his online pics a bit ago but didn't find it. There was another shown that looked very similar to the original full lineup pic, but it only showed the three shown in that picture you linked. That was "stock" picture of the tweeners used for awhile, until the protos Ethan has started coming in.

See, this is why I love Ka-bar. They really do take care of us, even being as busy as they are. Makes me want to apply for a job there. Good crew. Also, our trinity is awesome. Nearly a third of all of my posts are in this forum, and I haven't even been in here for that long. I'm working on the prize for my next GAW for y'all, and hopefully when I hit my 2K, I'll have it done and heat treated and ready to go. At the rate I'm going, that may be a bit unlikely though... :D

It should be an 837 lb gorilla, mostly because we always want to this be cooler, bigger and better, not slightly less cool than the thing before it.

My guess... Patches and stickers to the BH's, and possibly the release of the machaxen. Hope... That we get some kind of special discount on tweeners or something, but I'm not holding my breath (especially not before my BKT wetsuit and scuba gear get here to locate said freighter that has gone missing. Anyone check the Bermuda Triangle for it yet? Everything always ends up here somehow. Its like the drier lint-trap for the ocean).

Eh, it mostly just passes the time :p. I found it highly entertaining what people were asking about.

Also, I think its totally cool of Kabar to do something like this for us. I'm not sure where this notion of people feeling like Kabar owes us anything, but this should help dispel THAT rumor at least.
