Tuff Cloth & Food?

Last time I heard or read anything, the jury was still out. Is it safe to use a knife treated with Tuff Cloth for food preparations? How about if you wash the knife before using it?

Soapy water will remove the Tuf Cloth coating, so you are perfectly safe using a knife for food prep after washing it.
