I was thinking about having new scales made for an Enlan 710 and wanted some prices. I went to his website and used the email address there to contact him (tuffknives@gmail.com).

This was about a week ago, but I haven't heard anything.

--is this standard, or is there a problem? Is he still taking orders?

--should I use a different email?

--is there another way to get in touch?

Give him a call at (215) 317-1895 if you want to get a hold of Jeff. I'm almost sure that's his cell he uses for his business so you can text him also. Hope this helps.

Yes he mentioned in a recent video of his on YT that he is having a hard time answering emails. Calling/texting him is the best way to go.

Regardless of whether he is taking orders at the moment, email is definitely the worst way to try to reach him. Calling or texting seems to be the way to get ahold of him. He does killer work.

Yeah, he's usually behind on his email, but he's a friendly guy and does great work. I have a custom titanium necker from him and the scales on it are perfect - he does great work. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it.

I watch all his videos I find his work great, He says call him anytime intill 2am, and if he dose not answer call back 30-60 minuets later because he was working. Calling is the best way to get in touch if not just leave him a comment on a recent video or PM him, But I will let you know that sometimes things get backed up at his shop and it could take a while for it to get done. Just be patient and you will get what you want.
