Just wanted to praise Tuff Writer here. Ordered a pen and after several days made a general inquiry regarding my order. The owner, Jack Roman,responded promptly and explained that there would be a short delay awaiting a batch of pens from being anodized. My order was received about a week later with a neck sheath that I did NOT order. I was all set to let them know,thinking they made a mistake. But then I noticed a note apoligizing for the delay and indicating the sheath was added as a gift. Great service and a great product too.
