Good grief!!! I proxied the WRONG knife at Tulsa! I got the satin finished TankBuster with stabilized bubinga instead of the choiless satin finished TankBuster with amboyna.

My apology to the HOG who requested the proxy, and for my message to him saying that I had gotten the knife he wanted. Tom

I received a reply from the HOG who asked me to proxy for him, and I'm pleased to say that he is really a class-act - I'm just sorry that I couldn't get his knife for him. Turns out that it was already sold before I got to the Busse booth. Same for the other HOG who asked me to proxy for him on another knife -- it was gone before I got there.

I'm undecided as to whether I should put the knife out for sale at actual show cost or just keep it. It IS a beautiful knife!:thumbup:
