This one is thin and light, perfect for venting that turkey in the field and just the right size to bone out that bird when you get back to camp. It could also be called a bird and trout, a paring knife, a steak knife etc etc.
Stock removal from 52100 hjigh carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-69 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind with a distal taper to the tip and edge
Stabilized curly maple handle with a stag spacer and Micarta gruard
Overall length: 9 1/4 inchers
Blade: 4 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
