I used one of the hog knife reproductions I made, to carve the Turkey. It carves like a charm. No more shredded turkey or Turkey hash (at least yet).

Almost time to pig out! :p
 
I used my new agrussell damascus knife ,6",which is his version of the Shun knive but with white plastic handles.Fancy but very practical ,very nicely made and did a good job on the turkey even though they overcooked it [again!].Had a nice time with old friends .Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving also.
