I have a bar of damascus with a note that says Turkish Delight. Does anyone know who might have made this?

Is it stainless? I know of a stainless Damascus pattern called Turkish style. I heard more than one person refer to it as new style. I don't know what was new about it though. I think it is a twist pattern. I remember liking it very much.
