Turn Your Radio On!

Radios turned on all right Charlie - the old Valves are heating up big time after seeing that Chestnut Jigged Bone Radio knife!!!

Dave - those two HJ4's are just awesome - this one here just takes the cake though - WOW! just Wow!!!

Got home from work today, and was pleasantly surprised to find that my ebony radio had made it in. I'm very pleased with it, they turned out as nice as any of the SFOs I've ordered. It has the look of a fifty+ year old knife, from the blade etch to the scales and shield.

Same here... wonderful surprise. I'll start by saying thanks to Charlie for the vision and execution and thanks to Barry for an excellent customer experience. That said, wow, what a wonderful all around package. The ebony is dark and consistent throughout. Blades are centered, back springs are flush in all 3 positions, the pull on the spear is probably a 3 or 4 (can be pinched open) and the cap lifter is probably a five, nice snap, no gaps or wobble, the shield looks great on the ebony backdrop, and its fairly sharp out of the tube. This was the first of two deliveries I received today, but I'll post the other one in a different thread. Really glad I pulled the trigger on this one. Here's a few pictures.

Looks nice, folks. I see Charlie finally taught GEC how to allow access to both nail nicks on the same side of the knife!

Awesome pics! What a beautiful knife... That caplifter/screw/driver is a better looking shape this time. Awesome job Charlie!

Thanks for posting those fine pictures Stephen! I still haven't gotten one in my hands, but I can see it is as good as I had hoped!!
You are right John! The nicks are right there and accessible.
Thanks for testing the lifter WFC!! I like the profile . . . Heck I like it all!

Sorry you are having problems, Perry!
I think you should buy two knives and call me in the morning!!
:D:D
