Turnaround time for warranty work?

Just curious; what's the current turnaround time for warranty work? Sent a knife in about 6 weeks ago and hadn't heard anything yet.
 
I got a 301 back this week after 8 weeks, but it was a repair and not a swap out. I had requested a repair as it was a gift from a very old friend many years ago. Just be patient and it will be worth the wait when you get it.
 
Thanks for the reply STDK. I can't imagine they are going to repair the knife I sent in, but that might explain the delay.
 
By the looks of the packing slip they sent with mine it looks like they have a 3 week backlog before they can even look at your knife.
 
Thanks again, STDK. This one was a birthday gift from one of my nephews. I was a bit perturbed to have to send it back to the factory the day it arrived in the mail.

(Just out of curiosity, how long do I need to be patient before I can say I don't think it was worth the wait? This was one of three that need to go back . . . )
 
I had a 110 sent in for scale replacement returned in five weeks. I was ok with that.
