When I sent one in for a blade change, if my memory serves it was about 2-3 weeks.
Buck did an amazing job to, I sent in a 12 year old 110 with a broken blade and got back one that looked brand new. The bolsters had been polished and the whole knife cleaned up, and the ATS-34 blade is very nice.

I recently sent in a pre-'73 with a busted blade and beat to hell. Took two weeks, but if Buck had spent over a month doing that beautiful job of repair/refurbish, I wouldn't complain.
