That one is actually a cheapie, but it does look nice. Tang stamp is VALOR 11186 JAPAN in three lines. The scales are shiny black plastic. I mostly bought it for its similarity to the jigged bone one to its right in the picture. That one was my first knife, I've had it for about forty-five years.
 
Beautiful knives, did a fix on the photos a little. Just some great color in those scales. Thanks for showing them.:thumbup::thumbup:

I dont mind the fix at all, thanks! I am not the best with my camera yet. Pearl is sometimes hard to photograph, at least for me!
 
It's funny how threads like this pop up when Case has (at least temporarily) discontinued the pattern...
 
Thanks to Yablanowitz, I received this lovely folder in the mail today
and the blades were sharp and acceptably thin for good cutting AND
it works nice for my little magic trick ;)

Back from the depths just to tell Gary "I hope you're happy." You set me off on a(nother) tuxedo buying spree on eBay. :D The last one I picked up was another Camillus, this time in yellow celluloid. The thing is, when I got it and started looking at it, it turned out to be waterfall celluloid. :eek: If the sun ever comes back here, I'll have to see if I can get some good pix of it.

get some images! I was just showing that one off on Sunday as it was my
wife's mother's birthday and we host that each year at our house, I need to
get my daughter to film that and I'll post a youtubey thing on it, the knife
works great for that and also for carving the foam when I cut it up to protect
knives/sheaths when I ship them out, very handy!

Ah! Not doing the eBay thing would explain why you had trouble finding one of the Case Tuxedo Pens. There are several sellers that have them in stock there.

I knew it wouldn't be easy to get pix of the waterfall celluloid. Today's effort bombed, but tomorrow is another day.
