Just a small step up in gear. ;)

Lots of little stuff to do. Catch basin, fix the lighting as the front of the contact wheel is in the dark, shielding, fans etc. but the heavy work is done. Will take time to figure the permanent spot for it

Same Norton 984 belt on both.

Mine was 7 weeks start to finish. It comes in a 3 layer box screwed to a 2X2 sheet of 3/4 plywood with 6 big screws going through the plywood to some 2X4's. The FedEx guy left it upside down. :mad: Couldn't get to all the screws so I cut away the box.

A separate box has all the arms in it. IT is packed to be bomb-proof.

2X the speed and 3X the surface area than my old one this should eat steel like a piranha by comparison. Glad the VFD slows it to a crawl if need be.
