Since there would be a lot more grinding, (it's not available in the 1 1/4" size, only 1 1/2"), $40 extra.
The steel costs more, I use more belts getting the scale off, it's harder to grind, and it has to be wrapped in a special foil for heat treatment, which costs about $10 per blade. So basically I don't make any extra, just covering costs.

When are these being scheduled for John? I'm really digging this design but am also very curious about the pukko version.
