Two “Bird*N*Trout” Knives in Vintage Stag

IMGP6901.jpg

First up - 100 year old Sambar Stag

A must have for the avid bird hunter or fisherman. It’s great for delicate work. Easy to hold and
manipulate with the sharpness and edge retention that only O1 can give you.

I really like that red deer stag Wayne , just enough bark for character without over crowding . Nice job on both of those .

Hi Tom, and welcome to Bladeforums!

The Sambar is yours. Just send the $165 to paypal@jarrettknives.com and I can get it shipped out today if we time it right. Also, since you haven't had time to fill out your profile, the total above assumes that you're not overseas.

I'm honored that you chose to reply to my work as your first post here on BF. I appreciate it.

Tom - Payment received for the Sambar B&T. Thanks, It will ship today.

The Red Deer is still available.

On the Red Deer B&T one side looks like a full flat ground the other seems to have a plunge. Is it just the lighting

Yes, it's the way the knife was sitting (due to the lanyard) when the photo was taken. To be clear - the one in the top two pics (Sambar Stag) was a full flat grind to the spine. The third and forth pics (Red Deer) the grind on both sides is exactly as shown in the bottom shot. I can re-shoot a pic of the other side if anyone really wants it. Thanks for the interest.
