Good day friends,
Just finished up a couple of brut de forge Santokus, which I'm going to be pricing a fair bit lower than I normally would because I need to get these sold asap.
Both of these are super thin and absolute lasers with a nice distal taper, and they have a slight convex grind which provides good food release.
Handles are a slightly smaller Wa style, which I think feels much better than the big blocky feel (and I do have larger hands)
Top one is in African Blackwood and Westinghouse canvas micarta.
Bottom one is in curly River Redgum from Australia and black canvas micarta.
Additional specs:
Steel: 26c3
HRC: 63+-
Blade Length: 7.3"
Handle Length: 4.6"
AOL: 11.9"
Blade Thickness: 0.11"
Weight: 5.7 OZ (Blackwood) 4.9 OZ (Redgum)
Top one is $195
Bottom one is $old
All pricing includes free shipping within the US
If you have any questions please let me know!
