The christmas batch is incoming, need to make some room! Dropping the price on these two 8" Chef's knives. Both are flat ground in AEB-L and hardened to 61 HRC by Peters'. Blades are hand finished to 600 grit satin, and all handle woods are stabilized. Either knife is $SOLD. I'll always do discounts for pairs or sets, the Amboyna/Box elder knife has a matching petty in a previous post, contact me if interested in that pair or any other combo.
