The standard Magnum Camp is a superb butcher knife, but it's a bit long for details or for using in tight spots. A 6" blade version would be better.

If they make one, I'm going to piggyback it on the sheath of my Magnum Camp for use as a matched pair.

I want the Brute And the Magnum Camp. I have to admit even to myself that of the 2 the Magnum Camp is my absolute favorite design.

As much as I dearly love the BK5 Magnum Camp design and want it to be resurrected, and would buy 3 of them along with 3 of the BK1 Brute. I think that you have come up with a good idea for the perfect huntting\skinning knife. I think it would also be what most people would consider a good bush knife blade. I personally prefer a larger blade for bushcraft\survival as a main blade with a smaller blade to accoompany it for fine work. I think your 6" Magnum Hunter would be the perfect match with a BK5 Magnum Camp or a BK1 Brute.:thumbup:
