Man I should have grabbed the maroon one. Eyes out for more of these, this design is so awesome

The maroon is yours van dammet! Just want to confirm email address so can you please send it to me when you get the chance. Black is still available!
Sorry for the lack of response, been busy at work this morning.

To Sakohunter,
I have worked with 1084 in the past and have a couple larger blades in the works that are N690 but other than that I like to stick primarily with AEB-L.

I really appreciate all the comments and compliments everyone! 😊
Blessings,
Joshua

Mycough - I see what you mean for sure, but I'm going to use it as an edc. She's just too beautiful not to show it off to as many humans as possible...I wasn't even looking to purchase any more knives for a while, but ya, "Wow". Just insane design, materials, and craftsmanship on both blades, but the maroon is special as evidenced by all of the comments.

Josh - you're a force man, thank you.

Joshua - my maroon bird-n-trout arrived today. I was really looking forward to getting this one in hand, as I knew by the pics that it was going to be a beautiful knife...the pics do not come anywhere close to doing this knife justice. I'm happily surprised to report that the handle fills my hand flawlessly, even room for my pinky-finger soundly...I wasn't expecting a knife this size to do that; and the blade is a study in accurate grinding, and of course razor sharpness. And if any of you who admired the photos of these two knives wondered if the fit & finish would stand up to up-close scrutiny....I can say emphatically mine does! Fit & finish on this knife is an 11 out of 10...and that's hard to accomplish with a handle this complicated. Every single pin is perfectly flush, everything is flush and symmetrical...even the two thin white stripes line up with each other flawlessly on both the top and bottom of the handle. There isn't a single gap or unsymmetrical item anywhere on the entire knife....the thing is literally perfect and it belongs in a damn museum...and it's mine!!

Joshua - man, I'll just end by saying thank you again, you are a gifted craftsman...truly gifted, and a gentleman to work with as well.
