First, a santoku. The specs:

Steel: O1 and L6 random damascus, about 300 layers

Hardness: 59-60 RC

Blade length: 6-5/8"

Total length: 11-1/8"

Blade thickness: a bit over 3/32"

Handle material: desert ironwood
