Hey all,

These are both O1/L6 damascus. The top one is 7-1/8" long, and the bottom one is 6-1/2" long. Hardness is between 60 and 61 RC.

Prices are $115 for the bigger one, and $100 for the smaller one. Shipping is $7.20.

Last week I was working in the lab and thinking about your scalpels... the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger is that disposable scalpel blades are more effective for what I need. Maybe one day I can get a Damascus scalpel holder, similar to what's in the picture below.

I'm with D Darkera .... I play surgeon on a regular basis. I'd LOVE to see damascus handles able to accept disposable blades. And... be autoclavable.

I've been dabbling a little in stainless damascus. That should work for a scalpel handle.
