I'm selling off these two knives i recently just made. Completely different sizes/styles. Each comes with a handmade leather sheath, both right handed and being made as we speak

Both knives are made from a 32" diameter sawmill blade by stock removal. The metal was tough, I have to anneal it to drill holes and grind, Charcoal forge heat treat with oil quench then the temper is put back in over a 3-4 hour period
the metal had a lot of existing character left in, amplified by a bleach/gun blue soak, then the taper is hand sanded to 600 grit, then gun blued again to have a nice contrast between edge and body

Paypal or e-transfer accepted, email daggerscove@gmail.com if you're interested

First up is small utility knife , good everyday carry too , solid flat grind
knife is 6" long, 1 3/4" at it's widest and about 5/32" thick.
handle is bocote with a grey denim handmade micarta
asking $120 US +$15 for shipping

next up a bit of a re-post
Super fun one. A Recycled file knife. I had to keep most of the file, the texture makes the knife i think. I usable blade.
The knife is 8 " in total length,
Blade is 4 inches
apporx. 1/8" thick
Thuya burl handle with wenge spacer.
****SOLD*****

i've got a pile of huge horse rasps that have been sitting in the shop for a long while... if you want them, i'll drop them off this summer. I go to Lunenburg every summer, and would gladly see ya make something useful out of em, they have an awesome texture. you're a lot further ahead than i was at one year man. keep it up.

cheers

That is greatly appreciated!! I had tried making two with one rasp and messed them both up in the attempt hahah it was real disappointing, the texture is amazing!
What brings you this way in the summertime?
thanks for the kind words too, still feel like such a rookie, there's just so much to learn!
