Hello everyone, Happy New Year…Here’s couple of new EDC’s up for your consideration. ETA I forgot that the left side's sheath in the 1st photo wasn't finished when I posted … It is now!
19-5-1.JPG

Both are 3/32”x 1 ¼” 52100 professional HT 60/61 hand sanded to 2000 grit for a highly reflective finish.

Edge before sharpening was .010” or so and the blades glide through phone book paper, leather, rope etc.

Dimensions on #1 (left hand side in 1st photo): 7 3/4” OAL, Tip to Scales 3 5/8”. There is a makers mark in the usual place, it didn't darken well and hard to see in the photo.

Mesquite scales sanded to 1200 grit with multi-color fiber and four 3/32” stainless pins. Finished with Danish oil and carnauba wax.

Right handed sheath, wet molded for a snug fit. That’s Kokopelli on the sheath, a trickster deity from the Southwestern US Native American culture.

Dimensions on #2 (right hand side in 1st photo): 7 5/8” OAL, Tip to Scales 4”

Mesquite scales sanded to 1200 grit with multi-color fiber and three 3/32” stainless pins. Finished with Danish oil and carnauba wax.

Right handed sheath, wet molded for a snug fit. That’s a Buffalo Warrior on the sheath, as depicted on rock art and in museum examples from the Southwestern US Native American culture.
