Dang! A basic pattern turned into something really special! Love everything about this!

[edit]: That goes for both patterns.

skyhorse, i bet you would make an outstanding owner-user of the bottom knife.
This is not my first knife from Mike so i know what to expect: in-hand feel is 'don't want to put it down' and the grind will be thin and the edge truly sharp. So when i saw the good looks of the knife and the sheath, for this price, i couldn't say 'no'.

I just picked up this knife from Mike (the first one shown above). Great knife and great sheath. I'm very pleased. Handle feels natural in hand and easy control of blade and tip. The blade is 'just right' thinness above the edge which is sharpened to the point of easily shaving arm hairs. I was having fun so i kept shaving my left forearm and now it's bald !
Thanks Mike. It's a fine knife & sheath that is perfect to use, enjoy, and be proud of. It's just the right size for an EDC for someone like myself who spends much of the day outside working around my piece of mountainside.
