Graceful and functional profile. reminds me of the Fallkniven hunter.
How thinly did you grind this blade ? as for a reasonably stout all purpose use blade ?
or, as thinly as you are able to make it a dedicated slicer ?

I really like how you met the plunge line with the sharpening choil. It is a very nice design feature; I like it! Very nice blades :)

Lager one is thicker and non slicer that is only one knife who is made on that way all others including smaller one are very fine slicer .
I personally prefer knives as cutting tool.
