For sale today are two Bodegas and an SOG.
In the past few months I have bought five Bodegas, which is a few too many so I am thinning the herd, keeping just one jade and a carbon fiber as well as the semi-custom.
Both knives shown below are Field Grade Bodegas, one in black and one in tan, both with G10 handles.
The black, in stars and stripes, has a polished edge which is how it came to me. My guess is that it was done on the Edge Pro. It is extremely sharp. I assume that the knife has been used and carried, though not by me. It does not show any obvious signs of wear. Bearing action, lock-up and centering are all what they should be. I am asking what I paid, $750. Comes with a pouch.
The tan has what appears to be the factory edge on the high hollow ground blade. It could use a bit of touch up and I would be happy to do that before shipping, either with a hone or with my Edge Pro. This one shows just a bit more wear, mostly around the lockbar mechanism and clip . Nothing terrible and you have to look for it. This one is $650. Comes with a pouch.
Third up is one of my earliest purchases, a SOG Arcitech Damascus. To the best of my recollection I have neither used no carried this knife. The VG10 Seki (Japan) Damascus blade is decently sharp. Scales are textured CF. Centering may favor the presentation by a fraction of a millimeter. The lock is tight, there is no rock at all. The knife shows only a few minor sighns of drawer wear from the B&M shop where I purchased it. This comes complete with box, papers. Cheapest I have seens these offered online is $400, Ill let it go for $375.
Trades are welcomed along the lines of mid-tech and customs preferably linerlocks with carbon fiber inlays or scales.
Usual rules apply, first I'll take it gets it. Reply preferably via e-mail rickpropas@comcast.net.
