I have had these blanks profiled and heat treated hanging on a nail in my shop for months so I started a "get it done" morning today. These are both 1095 steel which doesn't carry the "modern" steel reputations but it has always been a great steel. In holds an excellent edge, sharpens quickly and in my opinion just slices better than a lot of others.

Love the simple little edc knife. Making it really hard for me to save for the better grinder I want. That wood on the second wood is really eye catching, too. Well done as always.

Looking back at our comments, perhaps we should start a club of some sort, a sort of 'this one slipped the hook' or 'the guys who fish with no bait' group. Really,
