One of the first run of knives GEC made in 2006 were the "Fire & Ice" folders branded "Schrade" made for Stewart Taylor the new owner of the Schrade name. These all have jigged bone and came in 2 sizes: 4 1/2" & 3 3/4" and are patterns #23 & 73; i.e. exactly the same as all GEC 23's & 73's but branded "Schrade".
Both of these knife offered are new in box, handled but never carried or used. Typical for GEC, the springs are strong but not nail breakers. The pull is ~ 7, what i think is just right for a big hard working American Jack knife.

Here you can see the lovely "flush & square" joint which is true to the original Remington pattern:

Price: SOLD for both, includes PP fees & USPS Priority shipping.
This is SOLD each, a very good price for an unused GEC knife and possibly a one day collectible as a First Run GEC knives.
Please PM or email me if interested. See last post for 2 more available.
thanks, kj
