The 79 is used and a bit altered. The 73 has never been carried and is from the current run of 73s.

First up is a single blade 73 with Natural Stag handles. Good, nice 7 pull. Stag is nicely popcorned and feels great in the hand. Both scales are about even so it is comfortable in the left or right hand. Asking $95.
Next is a 79 whittler in ebony. A drop mark on one bolster. All bolsters have been 600 grit sanded for a satin finish. All blades have been sharpened to 15 degrees. Patina on spear point blade. Asking $SOLD
