Thanks Snow, fingers crossed. Hoping for ability to repair instead of replacement. We shall see!

Snow, checked with Auntie, she says the cracks are minor but may need to be filled down the line if they open up. Perhaps, it may need replacement at some time. If so, it will make a good project.

The sheath on those Mustang knives are worth the price of admission, I kid you not. I'm not sure whats on that blade but it looks blacker than rust. I already got one myself or I'd be all over that, be kind of a challenge to clean the metal back up and something different for a guy who only butchers wood.

If anybodies on the fence and don't have tools or desire to clean, have it sent to me and I'll try to fix it up proper for ya and then send it on to ya. Or get it first yourself for a look see and then send it to me if you feel the need.

Send a little kami donation to auntie and we'll call it good.

Thanks Dobie. Very lucky day, not really an impulse buy. Both were on my short list, the Gelbu Special was at the top.

Thanks cul! I'm a little late to the party, but it looks to be there still. Still on the fence about crows beak or not, though I'd pounce like a tiger on a Scara Suga.

I think I'll have to let this one go to another home. Just got me that YCS Karda and a Tamang which are both gonna get much use. I'd describe the Tamang somethin like a Super-KLVUK and I think it may soon rival Keshar in use.

That sword has my jaw on the floor though. Think I may try to scoop a Katana if one pops up!

You did good BB! That Gelbu is a fantastic blade design. You will see. Plenty of great blems. I missed everything. If you like the light fast knives you got to try the Wajaski. Great fun!

Thanks Dog, I'm psyched! Like I said, both were on my short list already, I absolutely could not pass up those deals. Now, we'd make a fortune if we developed an inoculation! LOL!

That Gelbu looks like it has a really deep fuller. I have an old one by Rajkumar but it doesnt look that deep. Its more like Sirupati but still cool. Inoculation! Ewwww No. Your probably right but this is one disease I can live with;)

You're right, it could be worse. However, I've never seen an HI Import I didn't like. I'm worse than a kid in a candy store.

EMS for the mustang knife. I also asked Auntie if she had another Thamar Tin Chirra, and she did, so that will complete my Thamar trifecta (Yek, Dui, and Tin Chirra khukuris) :D
