Thanks B, I know she was gone this weekend, but then, some people's email do have trouble going through, so to be thorough, I figured to notify auntie in case she really wasn't receiving his emails...

I just trying to help, cause if the email is for a DOTD, I'd be stressing too....

You're very helpful Cul... nice of you to offer your help. I have an Email in to Auntie for a couple DOTD as well. I just received my VERY FIRST Khuk from Auntie the other day; A 16.5 in. WWII that I fell in love with... now I think I have HI fever.

No one else has mentioned "EMS" for the little Pacthar's that I hope to get so we shall see... (on pins and needles as I wait patiently).

I need to post a couple pictures of the makers marks to see if any of you can ID who made my WWII... will post a couple pics later today. (did I mention that I just LOVE this WWII?? )

Welcome, congrats on your blade(s), and my condolences to your wallet, it looks like you caught the HIKV bug, there's no cure, but at least you're here with others who also have HIKV, from the mildly to severely infected.

Adding a couple pics of the blade makers marks on my new WWII... I think it's a Kumar, with the Star of David mark, but I can't figure out why there is the "half moon" next to his Star? Maybe that "half moon" is part of the character above it????

Anyone have any ideas?

ON EDIT: I think I answered my own question.... the half moon is part of the character above it. I think it is definitely a Kumar mark yes? (the star is just a bit wonky)

You correct. The half moon is part of the script above. The star is a little wonky. Fortunately it doesn't effect the abilities of that knife one tiny little bit.

Thanks Bawanna... I've already started swinging this thing and I can't believe I've waited this long to have one. I'm more of a user as opposed to a collector so you guys don't have to worry too much about me snapping up all the DOTD offerings. I have a Pen being worked up in Napal now and a little 11.5 inch Pacthar to be mailed to me soon/today. These knives feel SO GOOD in the hand!
