These two knives are from knifemaker Marcio Bittencourt, a new maker who specializes in integrals and is an apprentice of well known knifemaker Luciano Dorneles.
They are very well made and have a completelly different approach to the classical integral design, since here the guards are also forged from the blade steel. Thanks to their design, they fit the hand in a very firm and confortable way. These knives are a real bargain today but I am absolutelly sure the prices will not remain like this for long, as Marcio´s work gets more popular. This guy has a great eye fordetails and his knives flow from front to back in a very harmonic way.
The larger knife is called "Copper Hunter" due to the fine details in copper behind the guard and in the pommel. It is forged from 52100 steel and has a hand rubbed satin finish on the 6 1/2" long blade with a contrasting bright polish on the guard. It is 11 3/4" long overall, has an excellent quality stag handle and comes with a brown leather sheath with a copper stud to match the knife´s copper details. US$ 295.00

The smaller one is 8 5/8" long overall, forged from 5160 steel and has a hand rubbed 4" blade fitted with a high quality stag handle and stainless steel pommel, and comes with a studded leather sheath. US$ 220.00

Shippuing cost is US$ 20.00 (priority) and I can take Paypal.
