Several years ago I purchased this from an Alaskan maker that was retiring. He told me a group up there went in together to order a large quantity of this to use for hunting knives. I have made a few small knives and a couple of larger kitchen knives from it and do like how it works and performs. However, I have concluded there is way more here than I can ever use for my purposes so I am going to let go of the two larger sheets you see in the picture. I will keep the smaller one for some steak knife projects I have coming up.

Both sheets are 0.142 inch thick and 9 inches wide. The larger is 8 feet long and the smaller is 6 feet. Very uniform surface but I cannot say it is very straight or flat. I suspect it came from big rolls and it does show some moderate curvature across the sheets and some bending along the lengths. I did have to straighten the pieces I have used but they were quite stable after a stress relief and I had virtually no warping during heat treat.

I am asking $425 for both. Unfortunately, I do not wish to even think about the cost or logistics of shipping these so it will be local pick up only. I live near Sweet Home Oregon.
