BTT on these & I forgot to mention they are both 52100 carbon. Also I put some simi chrome mixed with Klenzoil on the blades & gently cleaned them & I dunno, now there are no pepper spots. So what I initially saw & described, possibly was just surface stuff. Anyhow I'll stand behind these Lloyd knives saying they are ,in my opinion,a great value in a custom handmade knife. The majority of my buyers on these are repeat customers, some with over a dozen in their accumulation.
