Hi all, been a few since I posted here, hope everyone is doing good.
here in the past 2 months or so it has been, the time of the birthday knives.
Here are two I recently finished up.
On this one the customer wanted a simple knife to use for fishing/hiking and other general purpose tasks. They left it up to me as to make the design. So I came up with this.
[/IMG] just a simple drop point from 1095 with brown g10. They loved it!
Also just finished this one for a guy who's buying it for his son for his birthday. He picked the knife pattern and the handle material. Showed it to him today, he was blown away! He loved how I left some of the scale from the quench on it at the spine. This one is 1084 with jade green g10. This is also my first time to do triple flaring tubes.

I feel good about these and the others I've made so far. All the customers I've made a knife for are very happy with them and report that they hold an edge well. I tell them to clean them with a toothbrush from time to time and put some oil on there blades periodically to prevent possible rust. I'm starting to get a few more new customers calling so I really need to get a mark on my knives, anyone know of a good place to get a stamp so I can stamp my mark on them. Just something simple like my initials.
Thanks for lookin.
