In the Jantz knifemakers supply listing of these blades, they call them "Panfish Fillet's" ,or something like that. They are in fact in the fillet blade category. These are the satin finish ones with 440C. I have been putting some together for kitchen knives as parers. These make great parers but also could be small game, bird & trout, etc.
There is a leather belt sheath available on the Jantz website.
Part # KT106
So anyone who has purchased one can get a sheath & form it themselves,it's no rocket science.
Here is a link to the sheath :

These two offereed here today are hafted in second cut India Sambar stag. Nickle silver pins & one has a lanyard hole bof nickle silver.
They are 6-3/4" OAL,blades are 2-7/8" with 2-5/8" cutting edges.
The lanyard hole knife I left a little fatter, the non lanyard hole knife would make a fabulous Christmas gift for a Lady Friend. They feel great in hand & this stuff looks good, feels great, and is tuff as nails. Very pricy material.
Thanks All,-Vince
