Two new Bob Kramer kitchen knives

I'll be interested to see what those go for with the Kramer damascus auctions going for so much. These (there's also a 5") are more like the regular orders that he's filling.

Mine have started to take on a nice patina. At the beginning, I don't take any care at all to prevent the patina from forming although it is not "forced" I love the blues and golds that I've seen on 52100 steel.

As far as its use goes, it is a real pleasure to use. Sharp, thin, balanced, easy to sharpen. I use it along with my Burt Foster daily.
