Been refining these designs this winter. Hope you like 'em.

They're O1, edge quenched, double tempered, ~.050" at the spine, hand finished, cut like a dream, and priced cheaper than many comparable factory made. The Chef's pattern is $225 and the paring is $125.

I will also accept any custom order.

According to his website (link at bottom), the 3" parer is $125, and the 8" chef's knife is $225.
