Two non working coupon codes

And I just sent a second email copying both Kansept and Privy marketing, (one code was for item left in cart, another currently on the website) which I received no response for either from Privy or Kansept, and now the sale is over. I could have used another lower coupon which did work with sale price but waited for the response, but the Privy one also didn't come up with anything about it not working with the particular/sale items, which was referenced in the email. For the record even after the sale is over the Privy code still doesn't work. I think whichever way you slice it it's poor or nonexistent customer service.
