Olive Wood is not a problem. I am not sure if have any O2 left in the workshop ;(

I do not use AEB-L.
If stainless is needed I use M390 Bohler PM Steel IMO the best stainless steel.
3,5 mm 120 mm of blade in micarta with Kydex is not a problem
